I injured myself in futsal..yes.. again. I can't really help myself for being injury prone in sports. I really feel like screaming whenever I try sit down coz the muscles near the butt just starts to sting when I do so. Looks like this is gonna be a long one. Probably a couple of weeks worth of rest would be fine..I hope.
Now that I think of it, throughout the years I've been into quite a few knocks. I'll list them down in point forms cause it'll take too long to explain.
- Drowned in a community pool at the tender age of 5 or 6. I guess I was resuscitated and was knocked out cold coz I woke up at home in the evening.
- Tried to follow my sisters to jump down a ledge. Chickened out and went down slowly but scraped my whole back and tore my shirt doing so. well its better than a broken leg
- Pop-ed my btm lip open when i fell down from the monkey bar face down onto a brick. My white uniform was stained red. Was primary 2 then I think.
- Fractured my left wrist through football in secondary 3. Basketball was never the same for me.
- Fractured my right wrist through football..again.. in secondary 5 which was a good 2 weeks before my spm.
- Scraped my leg pretty badly when i tumbled down. The wound was infected and my leg looked zombie like for a month.
- Fractured my pinky in basketball. Tried to go for a rebound but ended up smacking the dude on the head. My pinky was dislocated but I became my own doctor and realigned it myself. It wasn't a pretty sight and the pain didn't make it feel any better..at all. Drove myself to the clinic, then to the hospital for an x-ray then to the clinic again..all by myself...with a shaking right hand.
Those are pretty much the major injuries. The minor ones? Lets say I had too many I don't even know where to start from.
